                     ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS

The explosion of genomic, proteomic, and structural information has provided hundreds of new targets and opportunities for future drug lead discovery. The field of structure-based drug design is a rapidly growing area in which many successes have occurred in recent years. This Workshop on “Protein structure-based drug design” will focus on the search, design, and optimization of small molecules that fits well into the binding pocket of a target protein to form energetically favorable interactions.

This workshop will impart practical knowledge in Protein Modelling, Protein Structure Analysis, Protein Structure Validation and Optimization, Ligand Binding Site Prediction, Protein-Protein Docking, Small Molecule Docking, Induced Fit Docking, Structure -based Virtual Ligand Screening and Lead design.

Hands-on Training will be given on Protein Visualization Tools, Protein Modelling, Ligand Binding Site Prediction & Small Molecule Docking, Virtual Screening of  Ligands, Protein-Peptide Drug Flexible Docking, Computational Lead Design and Binding Free Energy Estimation,  ADME & Toxicity Prediction.

Mass spectrometry (MS) is a key analytical technology in  current proteomics and modern mass spectrometers generate  large amounts of high-quality data that in turn allow Protein  Sequencing and Identification, Annotation of Post  Translational Modifications, and determination of the absolute  or relative abundance of individual proteins. Advances in mass  spectrometry-driven proteomics rely on robust bioinformatics  tools that enable large-scale data analysis.

This workshop will  deal with some of the basic concepts and current approaches to  the analysis of MS and MS/MS data in proteomics. Workshop  will also include hands on sessions on Quantitative Proteomics  Data Analysis tools like Skyline and Trans Proteomic Pipeline  suite of programs.

Guest Lectures will be on “Mass Spectrometry based Proteomics – Tools and Techniques” and “Quantitative / Targeted Proteomics – Tools and Techniques”.


Hands-on Training will be given on Protein Identification, Peptide Mass Fingerprinting – Data Analysis,  Post-translational modification (PTM) Analysis , De Novo Protein Sequencing , Label Free Quantitative MS Data Analysis, Targeted Proteomics Data Analysis .

The technology is a targeted tool used to edit genomes with unparalleled precision, efficiency, and flexibility. We at WiseCorner Laboratories are committed to helping you stay ahead and advance your science through education. This workshop will offer 2 hours of guest lectures on genome editing tools and 6 hours of hands-on training (Computational) to all the participants.
 

Guest Lectures will brief you about CRISPR-CAS9 Technology and its numerous applications in health care.


Hands-on Training will be given on Bioconductor based Software tools used for selecting rational CRISPR/Cas targets from an input sequence, to design CRISPR guide RNA sequences, to target sequence ranging from single exons, to entire genomes using fast and accurate algorithms, CRISPR-mediated editing, repression and activation, to rapidly provide the list of all appropriate target sites in a gene of interest for type II CRISPR/Cas-derived RNA–guided endonucleases, directed and exhaustive genomic searches and to identify potential off-target sites for guide strand choice or experimental validation.

"NEXT GENERATION SEQUENCING DATA ANALYSIS"

17th and 18th of May, 2018.

Next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies have revolutionized Genomic Research. As NGS has become more affordable, the bottleneck has shifted to the analysis of NGS data. Galaxy is one of the most popular open-source platforms for NGS data analysis because it enables many complex computational tools to be accessible to scientists with little bioinformatics and programming capabilities.

This workshop will introduce Galaxy and all of its functionality and also discuss how to use Galaxy to perform some of the more common NGS data analysis tasks, such as DNA-Seq and RNA-Seq. 

Guest Lectures will brief you about NGS Technologies, their Applications and Analyzing NGS Data.


Hands-on Training will be given on using the Galaxy Platform for DNA- Seq Data Analysis , Variant Detection and RNA-Seq Data Analysis .
